BeWell

Restorative, evidence-based workshops for individual wellbeing

BeWell events are quarterly virtual workshops focused on individual wellbeing, restoration, and practical skills people can use in their own lives. These interactive sessions center the human experience of work, offering evidence-based practices that support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

While BeWell events are especially valuable for workplace wellbeing practitioners, they are intentionally designed to be accessible to anyone interested in strengthening their own wellbeing and resilience.

Who These Sessions Are For

Be Well sessions are designed for individuals who want to prioritize their own wellbeing while staying grounded in credible, research-informed practices, including:

Anyone interested in improving their own wellbeing in the context of modern work

Workplace wellbeing, HR, and people leaders

Health, wellness, and safety professionals

Managers and organizational leaders

Practitioners who support others and need space to recharge

You do not need a specific role or title to participate. If you care about your own wellbeing and how work impacts it, these sessions are for you.

Continuing Education

BeWell events are approved for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. Many participants also apply session hours toward continuing education for other professional credentials.

We provide a certificate of attendance to support documentation for certifications and professional credentials.
