When you make a purchase or donation through NeonOne, Zeffy or other integrated forms, we may collect:

  • (Payment card details are processed securely by third-party processors and not stored by Wellbeing Think Tank.)

User-Generated Content

  • Testimonials

  • Feedback voluntarily provided in surveys or forms

    • (All program evaluation surveys are anonymous. We do not collect identifying information in those surveys.)

Media Collected at Events

If you attend our events or summit, you may appear in:

  • Event recordings

  • Photographs

  • Recap videos or highlight reels used for nonprofit reporting and promotion

Website Analytics

  • We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to understand general patterns of website use.

  • We do not identify individuals through website visits.

Accessibility or Accommodation Requests

  • During event registration or summit registration, participants may request accommodations. These requests are treated as preferences only and are not linked to health diagnoses or stored as health information.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information through:

  • Newsletter sign-up forms

  • Membership registration forms

  • Event registration forms (Zoom, Squarespace, and embedded NEON CRM forms)

  • Donation and purchase forms through NEON CRM

  • Photography and video at events

  • Testimonials submitted voluntarily

  • Website analytics tools

  • Social media lead forms.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to support our mission and serve our community, including:

  • Processing event registrations and sending confirmations

  • Communicating about upcoming events, programs, and updates

  • Managing memberships and community participation

  • Processing donations and purchases

  • Sending fundraising appeals (only to those who opt in)

  • Tracking participation over time to improve program quality

  • Conducting internal reporting and analytics

  • Using event media for nonprofit storytelling and impact reporting

We store information in secure, reputable platforms commonly used by nonprofits:

  • NeonOne CRM

  • Squarespace (including Squarespace Email Campaigns)

  • Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)

  • Zoom

  • Internal files used for nonprofit operations

These providers maintain their own security safeguards. We do not store payment card information.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Squarespace and Google Analytics to understand general patterns of use, such as page views and traffic sources. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

We do not use cookies to identify or track individuals.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you

  • Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information

  • Request deletion of your information

  • Opt out of emails or communications at any time

We honor these requests regardless of geographic location whenever permitted by law and necessary for nonprofit operations.
