Welcome to the Wellbeing Think Tank website and community. By accessing our website, registering for events, participating in programs, joining our membership community, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
1. Ownership of Content and Trademarks
All content published by Wellbeing Think Tank, including articles, guides, videos, graphics, event recordings, presentation slides, branding, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may share or repost public facing materials with proper attribution as long as the content is not altered, repurposed, sold, or used commercially without our explicit written permission.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Create derivative works based on our content
Remove attribution from any shared content
“Wellbeing Think Tank” and “Experts Over Influencers” are registered trademarks of Wellbeing Think Tank. These marks, along with any associated logos and branding elements, may not be used, copied, imitated, or incorporated into other materials without our explicit written permission.

2. Event Registration and Participation
By registering for or attending our events, including educational intensives, WTT connected meetings, BeWell sessions, virtual trainings, and the annual summit, you agree to the following:
Recording Notice
Our events may be recorded through video, audio, or photography. By participating, you may appear in recordings or images used for nonprofit impact reporting, recaps, or promotional materials.
No Unauthorized Recording
Attendees may not record, copy, or distribute event content without explicit written permission.
Refunds for Paid Events
Refund policies for paid events are listed on each individual event registration page and apply as stated there.
Community Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave in a way that aligns with our core values, and should prioritize respect, inclusion, and belonging.
Prohibited behaviors include:
Harassment or discrimination
Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Actions that make others feel unsafe or unwelcome
Solicitation is not permitted during our events.
This includes promoting services, selling products, recruiting clients, or distributing marketing materials during our events, in event chat, or through attendee lists. Our programs are designed to support learning and community, not commercial activity.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations.
3. Membership Community Terms
If you join our membership community, the following additional terms apply:
Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and maintaining secure passwords.
Use of Membership Materials
Resources available through the membership, including videos, templates, downloads, and other materials, are for personal, noncommercial use by the member only and may not be shared outside the community.
Program Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue membership offerings, benefits, or features as needed.
Member Removal
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any member who violates community guidelines or these Terms.
4. Educational and Professional Disclaimer
All content, programs, and resources provided by Wellbeing Think Tank are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional consulting unless explicitly contracted. Participants should consult qualified professionals before making decisions related to health, legal, or organizational matters.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the website, participation in events, or reliance on materials provided.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms such as Squarespace, NEON CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace, or payment processors.
Participation in events is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to external websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of those third parties.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Reviewed” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
