From Employee Feedback to Organizational Impact
Building a strong culture of wellbeing requires more than offering programs. It requires understanding what employees need, engaging leaders and partners across the organization, and continually adapting based on data and feedback.
That is where Kat and Steffani’s experience offers a valuable case study for other workplace wellbeing professionals. Their work demonstrates how collaboration across disciplines, thoughtful use of employee insights, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches can help wellbeing become part of the broader organizational culture.
During this event, participants will have an opportunity to examine the strategies behind Valley Children’s nationally recognized approach and consider how similar principles could be adapted within their own organizations.
