Summit Agenda

A full-day experience designed to inspire action and deliver results.

Explore the topics shaping the future of workplace wellbeing, through sessions built for real impact.

The 2027 Wellbeing Think Tank Summit invites you to explore:

What does work look like when it is at its best?

Throughout the day, we will examine the conditions that help people and organizations thrive. You’ll see what is possible, learn how to communicate a compelling vision for change, and hear real world examples from leaders and organizations putting workplace wellbeing into practice.

The Summit will conclude with an action focused workshop designed to help you turn insight into progress. You will leave with a clearer vision of better work, practical ideas you can apply, stronger tools for building support, and a specific next step for creating a healthier, more human workplace.

Whether you join us in Portland or participate virtually, you will be part of a hopeful, energizing conversation about what work can become.

The Summit experience begins at 7:45 am with registration, continental breakfast, exhibits, and time to connect with fellow attendees.

Programming will begin at 8:45 am and continue through approximately 4:00 pm.

Stay for our community social hour where you can continue the conversation and build new connections.
