Why Values Alignment Matters
Personal Values
What matters most to me as an individual.
Work Values
What matters most in my work.
Organizational Vaues
The actions that shape our culture.
Values help guide choices, priorities, and behavior. Research on values at work has associated work values and values congruence with outcomes including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, performance, attitudes toward change, and employee stress.
The Values Alignment workshop turns this research into an accessible, practical experience that helps people examine what matters to them, how those values show up at work, and where greater alignment may be possible.
