Now Accepting Proposals for the 2026 Program Year

At Wellbeing Think Tank, we believe that the most powerful conversations about workplace wellbeing happen when people with real experience come together to share what works, what’s evolving, and what’s possible.

If you've been leading change in your workplace, guiding others through meaningful programs, or simply experimenting with new ways to support wellbeing at work we’d love to hear from you.

We’re now accepting speaker proposals for our 2026 program year!

What We're Looking For

We host monthly virtual events and a hybrid Summit each year, each one designed to spark ideas, highlight practical strategies, and build a thriving community of professionals committed to workplace wellbeing. Whether you're an experienced speaker or brand new to presenting, we welcome your voice.

This year, we’re especially interested in sessions aligned with:

  • Applied neuroscience

  • Creative modalities for supporting wellbeing

  • Case studies with measured outcomes

  • Emerging approaches to wellbeing

We prioritize Experts over Influencers™, and our ideal presenters are people with applied experience who’ve made a real impact inside organizations.

Who Should Apply?

  • Wellbeing program leaders and practitioners

  • HR and benefits professionals

  • DEIB advocates

  • Occupational health and safety experts

  • Clinicians, researchers, and educators

  • Organizational leaders with compelling success stories

Most of our speakers aren’t professional presenters, they’re thoughtful doers who’ve led change and are ready to share what they’ve learned. First-time presenters are absolutely welcome.

What to Expect

Each session is 60 minutes and may take the form of a solo presentation, a panel, or a workshop. We also support a mix of webinar and meeting-style formats to encourage connection and engagement. Our team provides light coaching and support to help you prepare.

If you have a compelling case study but prefer not to present alone, panel opportunities are also available.

Important Dates

  • Proposal Deadline: September 7, 2025

  • Finalist Notifications: October 2025

  • Speaker Orientation: November 2025

As always, thank you for being part of the movement to create healthier, more equitable workplaces. Let’s continue to create cultures of wellbeing, together.
