Our 2027 Guiding Question
What does work look like when it is at its best?
We are especially interested in proposals that examine the conditions, systems, relationships, practices, and decisions that support individual and organizational wellbeing.
Applicants are encouraged to connect their proposal to this question. However, your proposed topic should genuinely reflect your education, experience, qualifications, and scope of practice. We do not want applicants to force their expertise into the annual theme when another workplace wellbeing topic would provide greater value to our community.
Who We Want to Hear From
We especially encourage proposals from practitioners who are actively doing this work within organizations, communities, health systems, academic settings, or professional practice.
Researchers, clinicians, organizational leaders, workplace wellbeing professionals, and other subject matter experts are also encouraged to apply.
You do not need to be a professional speaker. You should have relevant expertise and experience teaching, presenting, facilitating, or translating complex information for others.
Our programming is not aligned with proposals centered primarily on motivational speaking, influencer style content, product demonstrations, or the promotion of a book, service, or proprietary offering.
2027 Program Opportunities
Selected proposals may be considered for our Wellbeing Think Tank Annual Summit on February 25, 2027, in Portland, Oregon, or virtual programming offered throughout the 2027 program year.
Summit opportunities are extremely limited. Most presenters selected through this call will be invited to participate in virtual programming.
Sessions are generally allotted 60 minutes and may include educational presentations, interactive workshops, case studies, facilitated conversations, copresented sessions, or panel discussions.
Applicants may submit up to two proposals through one application.

Strong proposals will demonstrate:
Relevant qualifications and applied experience
