Meet Our Next Presenter: Jamey Maniscalco, PhD

“Small, consistent practices can create meaningful change.”

Join us as we welcome Dr. Jamey Maniscalco, neuroscientist and founder of Manifest Wellness, for an upcoming BeWell Workshop focused on practical, science-backed strategies to support focus, energy, and resilience.

Small Changes That Strengthen Focus, Energy, and Resilience

Rather than overwhelming participants with complex frameworks, this session centers on accessible, evidence-based practices that can be integrated into daily routines. Jamey will introduce short, practical “2-minute resets” designed to help regulate stress, improve cognitive function, and sustain energy throughout the day.

Participants will not only learn the science behind these strategies, but also experience them in real time. Through guided exercises and reflection, attendees will explore how small shifts in behavior can support long-term wellbeing and performance.

Grounded in neuroscience and behavior change research, these practices are designed to be both realistic and impactful. The goal is not perfection, but consistency. Even brief, intentional interventions can help recalibrate the nervous system, enhance focus, and build resilience over time.

Bridging Brain Science and Everyday Wellbeing

Dr. Maniscalco brings over 15 years of experience in neuroscience, education, and research on stress and anxiety. His work focuses on translating complex science into practical tools that individuals and organizations can apply immediately.

As the founder of Manifest Wellness, Jamey helps people better understand how their brains and bodies respond to stress, and how small, intentional habits can create meaningful, lasting change. His approach combines scientific rigor with real-world application, making wellbeing both approachable and sustainable.

Beyond his professional work, Jamey embraces the lifestyle he teaches. An avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker, he lives in Evergreen, Colorado with his wife and daughter, grounding his work in both science and lived experience.
