Art and Play for Human Flourishing Challenge

This quarter, Wellbeing Think Tank explored how applying principles from art and play help people flourish.

Through conversations with experts and members of our WTT Connected community, we examined how creativity, play, curiosity, connection, and meaningful experiences contribute to wellbeing both inside and outside of work.

Throughout the quarter we emphasized that human flourishing is often supported through small moments that help us feel more engaged, connected, energized, and fully present in our lives.

To help bring these ideas to life, we created the Art and Play for Human Flourishing Challenge.

Rather than focusing on large behavior changes or lengthy commitments, this challenge encourages participants to explore simple actions that can foster creativity, connection, reflection, and joy. Activities range from taking a creative reset between tasks and practicing a transition ritual at the end of the workday to sharing inspiration, celebrating progress, and making time for experiences you genuinely look forward to.

There is no right way to complete the challenge. You might choose a single activity that resonates with you, complete a row or column, or work your way through the entire card over time.

We invite you to download the challenge, share it with your colleagues, friends, and family, and see what happens when you intentionally create a little more space for art, play, and human flourishing in your life.
